〈How to Apply〉
  Read the “Notes on the Homestay Program” carefully before applying. Download the “Application Form” and the “Confirmation of Vaccination Certificate for COVID-19” to fill in all columns, and send them by e-mail or bring them directly to the Office of International Affairs.
  For the “Confirmation of Vaccination Certificate for COVID-19”, an attachment of copy of the vaccine lot sticker can be substituted.
