To request an Word file of the Application Form, e-mail must be sent to the Office of International Affairs:ryugaku@gr.saitama-u.ac.jp *Deadline to request : July 20 (Tue) 15:00 (E-mail recieved after the deadline will not be replied) Your mail title should be : “Request for KDDI Application Form/ your name” Please be sure to write your name and student ID number in the mail. *Mail will be replied within 3 days with the attached file.
