How to Apply

1) Application Form (P.1～4) Excel file (without photo / signature) along

with the other documents should be mailed to :

ryugaku@gr.saitama-u.ac.jp 

with the title of e-mail, “KDDI Application / your name”.     

2) Hard copy will later be required to submit only by the ones who have

passed the screening. The documents must be printed out one-sided in

color with your signature and photo pasted.

Financial Statement

To request an EXCEL file of the Application Form, e-mail must be sent to

the Office of International Affairs : ryugaku@gr.saitama-u.ac.jp
 *Deadline to request : July 29 (Wed) 15:00
(E-mail recieved after the deadline will not be replied)  
                                                                                                                                                       Your mail title should be : “Request for KDDI Application Form/ your name”
Please be sure to write your name and student ID number in the mail.
*Mail will be replied within 3 days with the attached file.
