To request an EXCEL file of the Application Form, e-mail must be sent to

the Office of International Affairs : ryugaku@gr.saitama-u.ac.jp

 *Deadline to request : June 21 (Fri) 15:00

(E-mail recieved after the deadline will not be replied)  

Your mail title should be : “Request for Karakami Fund Application Form/

your name”

Please be sure to write your name and student ID number in the mail.
