The Entrance Ceremony will be held as follows after taking measures to prevent infection with the COVID-19. Please note that it may change depending on the spread of infection. If there is any change, we will let you know on this page.

１．Eligible to attend the Entrance ceremony
Newly enrolled Undergraduate students and Graduate students
＊We also have seats for family members, but there is a possibility that you cannot enter the venue because the space between seats is secured. Also, please note that family members may be restricted from visiting the venue depending on the spread of infection.

２．The date and time
Date: Monday, April 3, 2023
Time: 13:30 (Reception starts at 12:30, Entry before 13:20)

Saitama Super Arena – Main Arena Hall（8 Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama-shi）

４．Notices
● In order to prevent infection with the COVID-19, all visitors are required to register their seating positions on the day of the ceremony. We will inform you how to register later.
● Please come to the venue by public transportation.
● As a result of the temperature measurement at the reception, you cannot enter if it is over 37.5 degrees. Also, please refrain from coming if you have symptoms of cold other than fever.
●Please wear a mask to prevent infection.
